Many people are asking me, why your computers are always up and running when you set them up, and when I go to some other support I have lots of issues.

In this article I will describe you all of the steps I am taking to ensure myself that the computers that I will set up will work as they should do:

 1. I am upgrading the operating system to the latest available version

 2. I am installing always the latest versions of the drivers for the current operating system. The important thing is that I am checking the computer vendor's web page just for information about the specification of the computer system. Then I am accessing the chip vendor's web page and downloading the latest version of the drivers.

 3. I am installing mostly common used free/shareware softwares for everyday use (codecs, MP3 Players, Video Players, download tools, word processing programmes, and common used readers for special document types). Please note that in this list I do not make any advertise to any of these tools. Acording to my experience you can trust the following freeware/shareware products:

 3.1. MP3 & Video Player - Winamp

 3.2. Video Codecs - FFDshow

3.3. Torrent Download Tool - Bitcomet

3.4. Other Download Tool - Getright

3.5. Additional Web Browser - Firefox

3.6. Additional Internet browser extensions and addons:

 3.6.1. Adobe Flash Player

 3.6.2. Adobe Shockwave Player

 3.6.3. Adobe Reader

 3.6.4. Sun Microsystems Java

3.7. Third Party Media Player - Media Player Classic

3.8. Free Word Processing System - Open Office

 3.9. Apple QuickTime Movie Player

Voala Cool, this computer has been installed with the most common used free software. You are now able to browse internet, to listen your favouritte MP3s, to watch and listen streaming movies/MP3s.

If you are experiencing any difficulties with installing and configuring any of the mentioned products or drivers, you can always request free remote assistance for your computer by registering at this web page and submitting a ticket.
