Hi to all computer users all over the world, Today I decided to create this page and to start providing free remote support for every user who registers on this web page and requests some help. Why am I doing that ? I am currently working as a Technical Support in a UK Internet Service provider. While taking calls and processing tickets I noticed that there are a lot of people to whom I cannot really help. That is because I don't have the authority to do so. It is not easy to deny the help the customer really needs or transfer him/her to another support team. The truth is that I really want to help them, but this may cost me a coaching from our managers. That's why I'm here now. What else can I say ? Request support, use your computer the way it is supposed to be used, enjoy it - that's why they are invented after all :) Do not forget to donate, because this will keep the web page up-to-date and running.
